Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. In this role you will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, helping them track orders, answer product questions and resolve issues while delivering a friendly, empathetic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally and with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
