Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in French‑speaking regions. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning challenges into positive experiences while working from your own home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.

• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
