Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote‑first team as a Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in both French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
