Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order-related issues and ensuring they feel valued.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical, product, or order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
