About the role

As a Sales Operations professional at Y.CO, you will partner closely with a Senior Sales Broker to provide dedicated administrative and operational support. Your work will keep the broker’s sales portfolio organized, enable smooth day‑to‑day activities, and free up time for business development and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise sales documentation, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate yacht listing activities, ensuring all systems and records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Marketing and Creative to support listings, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with client proposals, market research, and the preparation of transaction processes.
• Track deadlines, checklists, and workflows to guarantee timely delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability with a capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑focused.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a busy senior broker.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) – a plus.
