Senior Digital PR & Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital PR & Account Manager to join our growing team. This client‑facing position blends strategic digital PR, relationship management, and account oversight for enterprise‑level and Fortune 500 clients. You will lead campaigns from concept to delivery while coordinating internal teams to achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, publishers, and industry influencers.
• Negotiate placements, partnerships, interviews, and content opportunities.
• Design and execute digital PR campaigns that boost brand visibility and secure high‑quality media coverage.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading meetings, presentations, and campaign reviews.
• Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, communications, content, SEO, and outreach teams to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Digital PR, Communications, or Account Management.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and present to senior executives.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Experience working with enterprise organisations or Fortune 500 companies is preferred.
• Based in Europe is a plus.
