Senior Frontend Developer (React) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer specialized in React to join BairesDev’s fully remote team. You will design and build high‑performance web applications, lead frontend initiatives and mentor junior engineers while delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions using React and modern web technologies.
• Make technical design and architectural decisions for complex UI projects.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the team.
• Develop high‑performance React applications with optimized rendering and state management.
• Implement advanced state management using Redux, Context API or comparable tools.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with React and frontend development.
• Strong expertise in the React ecosystem and advanced frontend architecture.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and frontend build tools.
• Experience with state‑management solutions, performance optimization and complex UI development.
• Advanced knowledge of web performance and optimization techniques.
• Fluent English at an advanced level.
