Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist – NL & Belgium

About the role

Remote is looking for a Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead the onboarding of new clients in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will bring deep local payroll expertise to ensure each go‑live is accurate, compliant, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end client onboarding, from kickoff to live payroll.
• Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and payroll software providers.
• Validate payroll reconciliations and perform parallel run testing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate implementations.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on payroll experience in the Netherlands, including knowledge of loonheffing, premies, Zorgverzekeringswet and the 30% ruling.
• Several years of hands‑on payroll experience in Belgium, covering ONSS/RSZ, Dimona, DmfA cycles and sector CLA structures.
• Proven track record of managing payroll implementation projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, fully remote, asynchronous environment.
