Senior Rust Software Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Rust to design and build high‑performance, distributed backend services that power AI and machine‑learning workloads for large enterprises. Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high‑throughput backend services in Rust.
• Build and maintain distributed systems deployed in Kubernetes‑native cloud environments.
• Contribute to production features for LLM and RAG‑based platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and reliability issues across distributed services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
• 3+ years of professional experience using Rust as the primary language.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong background in designing and developing distributed systems.
• Exposure to LLM, RAG, or vector‑search technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in English.
