Skin Research Intern – In vitro & ex vivo Testing

About the role

You will join a cutting‑edge skin research team and learn hands‑on experimental work. This Skin Research Intern position offers autonomy, training and exposure to real projects, focusing on skin model development, aging biology and active ingredient identification.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews on skin biology and aging.
• Develop and optimise skin models (keratinocytes, melanocytes, fibroblasts, explants).
• Perform in vitro and ex vivo studies to assess biological and environmental impacts.
• Analyse biological endpoints such as gene expression, protein levels and histology.
• Interpret data and share experimental results with the team.

Required profile

• Engineering or Master’s student (Bac+5) in biology, cell biology or a related field.
• Seeking a final‑year internship in skin biology or life sciences.
• Initial laboratory experience (cell culture, basic assays).
• Curious, rigorous and eager to learn experimental biology.
• Ability to read and understand English scientific content.
