Small Business Analyst (French) – Remote, $13/hr

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Small Business Analyst to work remotely on a 10‑week contract. You will help shape AI‑driven business tools by creating realistic prompts, interacting with chatbots, and evaluating their outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic business‑related prompts aligned with defined user goals.
• Engage with up to five AI chatbot turns per conversation to test responses.
• Assess AI‑generated answers for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and overall quality.
• Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations across different chatbot responses.
• Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results for further analysis.
• Review AI outputs related to business operations, customer interactions, marketing, and financial planning.

Required profile

• Experience as a business owner or strong understanding of small‑business operations.
• Demonstrated analytical, critical‑thinking, and evaluation abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines and quality standards.
• Comfortable using AI tools and technologies.
• Excellent written communication skills in French.
• Familiarity with business functions such as marketing, operations, market research, customer management, or financial planning is a plus.
