Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer with full‑stack expertise to design and build platform products that power AI and machine‑learning workflows at enterprise scale. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to influence architecture across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack features using Node.js and React within a Kubernetes‑native microservices environment.
• Drive architecture decisions to ensure scalability and long‑term maintainability.
• Establish and promote TypeScript best practices across frontend and backend codebases.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver platform capabilities that support enterprise‑scale workflows.
• Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in IT roles.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Node.js and React as primary full‑stack technologies.
• Strong depth in TypeScript and related tooling.
• Hands‑on experience developing Kubernetes‑native platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML product contexts.
• Proven ability to lead and influence technical direction across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
