About the role

This 6‑month internship, starting in September 2026, supports the Corporate Social Responsibility (RSE) department of a luxury hotel in Monaco. Working under a dedicated tutor, you will contribute to the development and monitoring of sustainability initiatives across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in tracking RSE dossiers and maintaining the RSE toolbox for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor key sustainability axes such as responsible dialogue, responsible marketing, and executive RSE decisions.
• Provide operational follow‑up for ongoing projects, including hotel labeling, food‑waste reduction, and greenhouse‑gas mitigation.
• Analyse feedback from projects and study public‑sector actions that support corporate sustainability.
• Facilitate logistics for stakeholder dialogue sessions.
• Contribute to drafting and finalising project specifications with ROI calculations.

Required profile

• Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) with at least one year of experience in CSR/RSE.
• Engineering studies are preferred; Master 1 or Master 2 level acceptable.
• Comfortable working with quantitative data.
