Stagiaire RH et Communication - 6 mois (H/F)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to support both Human Resources and Communication functions within a small, dynamic team. The position is hybrid, offering hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, internal and external communication, and project coordination for a company specialized in knitwear manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage internal communication materials.
• Produce content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media channels.
• Update the company website and assist with external communication assets.
• Support the organization of end‑of‑year events and the preparation of greeting cards.
• Assist in project coordination related to the knitwear production process.
• Participate in recruitment activities: posting offers, screening CVs, phone pre‑qualification, and scheduling interviews.
• Contribute to onboarding of new employees.
• Handle administrative HR tasks such as contracts, employee files and HR dashboards.
• Promote employer branding through fairs, school forums and attractive HR content.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 program in Communication, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Strong writing ability and excellent organizational skills.
• Team‑player with good interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, curious and able to handle varied tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office).
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
