Store Manager – Montecarlo

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our boutique in Montecarlo. The successful candidate will embody the brand’s philosophy, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with Brunello Cucinelli’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach Client Advisors to deliver brand‑aligned service and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor, cultivating strong relationships with customers.
• Communicate fluently in the native language and additional foreign languages with clients and team members.
• Analyse sales trends, customer satisfaction and competitor activity, providing regular reports to headquarters.
• Collaborate with the HQ Retail Buying office to optimise product assortment.
• Implement visual guidelines, oversee window and in‑store displays, and coordinate visual merchandising changes.
• Organise events and trunk shows to attract new customers and strengthen loyalty.
• Motivate the team, conduct performance feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Supervise stock management, support inventory processes and ensure compliance with retail operating procedures.
• Utilise Xstore and Salesforce CRM systems for daily operations and data updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong business acumen and solid understanding of brand positioning and product offering.
• Excellent communication skills in the native language and at least one additional language.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance and maintain high visual standards.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering a unique shopping experience.
