Treasurer – PSP / Merchant Payments & Projects

About the role

Join a 5‑person Group Treasury team in Monaco, working at the intersection of treasury, payments, systems and transformation. You will secure, structure and develop the Group’s international payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with PSPs (e.g., Adyen, American Express, Flywire, PayPal) and coordinate all payment solution topics.
• Oversee payment and settlement flows, collaborating with Accounting, Treasury and various Group entities.
• Monitor provider performance, costs, fees and incidents, and optimise existing setups.
• Coordinate reconciliation of settlements, fees, refunds and chargebacks.
• Contribute to systems integration (payment platforms, ERP, TMS, reconciliation tools) and Treasury transformation projects.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Payment Services or Finance Systems.
• Hands‑on experience with PSPs and payment operations (American Express, Adyen, Flywire, PayPal).
• Strong analytical, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in an international environment.
