Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will assist customers in French‑speaking regions, providing friendly, solution‑focused service through chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Guide customers step‑by‑step to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our CRM system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑oriented attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace for calls.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
