Yacht Accountant – Monaco

About the role

The Yacht Accountant provides comprehensive financial and accounting services to yacht owners and captains within Fraser Yachts' expanding fleet. Working closely with the Captain and management team, the role ensures budgets, reports and logistical support are accurate and aligned with the Fraser Yacht Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Budgeting and preparation of financial forecasts for assigned yachts.
• Processing monthly accounts, invoices, payroll and insurance coverages.
• Liaising with captains, crew, owners, and internal Fraser Yachts departments to ensure smooth yacht operations.
• Producing accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of accounting experience within the yachting industry.
• Strong knowledge of yachting operations, legal regulations (flags, insurance, VAT, registration) and financial processes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Italian, French or Russian are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using specialized accounting software such as Quicken, Xero or Voly.
