Boutique Manager – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

As the first boutique in Monaco opens, Maison Alaïa seeks a Boutique Manager to lead the store, embody the brand’s values, and drive sales and exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive boutique sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets, identifying growth opportunities and implementing action plans.
• Lead client experience by coaching the team on the Alaïa selling ceremony and championing proactive clienteling.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team, delegating operations and communicating the Maison’s strategy.
• Oversee boutique operations, including inventory, payroll, back‑office tasks, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, building partnerships and participating in local events to strengthen presence.
• Ensure compliance with Maison policies and maintain a flawless boutique environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of luxury retail experience with a strong sales and client development record.
• Dynamic leader capable of building and motivating high‑performing teams.
• Expertise in delivering elevated client experiences and fostering long‑lasting relationships.
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical skills and the ability to execute long‑term visions.
• Deep understanding of the luxury fashion market and client behavior, especially in international contexts.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
