Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Monte Carlo)

About the role

Etro is seeking a full‑time Client Advisor for its boutique in Monte Carlo. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a high‑end service experience that reflects Etro’s heritage of artisan craftsmanship and creative experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients in meeting and exceeding their fashion needs.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of Etro products, history, and heritage during the selling ceremony.
• Advise customers on current fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and business growth.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective CRM strategies.
• Support visual merchandising in line with Etro’s visual guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Uphold Etro’s grooming standards and brand policies.

Required profile

• Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
• Previous experience in a similar fashion retail role.
• Strong commercial awareness and a results‑driven attitude.
• Ability to adapt to diverse client needs and work well in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Fluent in English and French.
• Russian speaking ability (required); additional languages are a plus.
