Client Advisor (Russian Speaker) – Monaco – Fixed‑term

About the role

Prada is seeking a Client Advisor who speaks Russian to join its Monaco boutique for a three‑month fixed‑term contract (June‑August). The Advisor will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience and driving sales while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and follow the "client journey ceremony" to meet client needs.
• Capture and manage client data in the company CRM to personalize future interactions.
• Promote an Omni‑Channel mindset and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Provide in‑store service, cross‑sell products, and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints in partnership with the line manager.
• Maintain visual standards, shop‑floor organization, and security procedures.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long‑lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Fluent in French and English; Russian is a significant plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for client data management.
