Corporate & Residence Receptionist – Monaco

About the role

AC Private, an ultra‑luxury concierge house, is looking for a polished Corporate & Residence Receptionist to be the first point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients and family offices in Monaco. The role combines front‑desk duties with discreet client service in a private residence or corporate headquarters, operating under a strict non‑disclosure agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage in‑person and telephone reception for a private residence or corporate office in Monaco.
• Handle visitors, deliveries, appointment diaries and coordinate service providers.
• Maintain the immaculate appearance and atmosphere of reception areas.
• Screen, direct and respond to inquiries with tact and efficiency.
• Ensure confidentiality and flawless organization of all client interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in premium reception, concierge or luxury hospitality environments.
• Elegant presentation, strong sense of service and discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under confidentiality constraints.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office.
