French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inquiries via voice, chat, and email. The role emphasizes professionalism, empathy, and quick problem resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English through phone calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective, customer‑first solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
