Private Chef – Monaco (Freelance)

About the role

AC Private, an ultra‑luxury concierge service, is seeking a highly skilled private chef to provide bespoke culinary experiences for high‑net‑worth clients in Monaco, including residences, villas and yachts. The role is freelance, operates under a strict NDA, and requires discretion, creativity and the ability to adapt to diverse dietary needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute personalized menus for daily meals, gala dinners and private events.
• Source premium seasonal produce from local Monaco artisans and suppliers.
• Adapt dishes to specific diets, allergies and client preferences.
• Organise and oversee private receptions, business dinners and confidential events.
• Manage kitchen orders, cellar inventory and overall kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a private household, palace hotel or Michelin‑starred kitchen.
• Strong creativity, meticulous attention to detail and impeccable presentation.
• Absolute discretion and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Flexibility for international travel and on‑call availability.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
