Store Manager – Luxury Boutique in Montecarlo

About the role

The Store Manager will be the face of the brand in Montecarlo, embodying Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy from the headquarters in Solomeo to the boutique floor. You will lead a team of Client Advisors to deliver an exceptional, brand‑aligned shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture customer relationships through a constant presence on the shop floor.
• Guide the Client Advisor team to meet sales targets, uphold visual standards, and follow CRM and communication guidelines.
• Report sales trends, customer satisfaction, and competitor insights to headquarters.
• Coordinate product assortment with the Retail Buying office.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines, including window and in‑store displays.
• Support the planning and execution of events and trunk shows.
• Motivate, coach, and provide continuous feedback to team members.
• Oversee stock area operations and assist during inventories.
• Ensure compliance with retail procedures and HQ guidelines.
• Utilize Xstore and Salesforce CRM systems for daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of brand positioning.
• Fluent in native language and proficient in additional foreign languages.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Xstore POS system.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
