Academic Event Management Intern

About the role

We are looking for an Academic Event Management Intern to support the organization of an upcoming conference at the International University of Monaco. This 6‑month full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience in a multicultural higher‑education environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the overall organization of the conference
• Communicate with speakers, participants, and partners
• Respond to emails from potential attendees
• Assist with participant registration and follow‑ups
• Help prepare the conference program and materials
• Support logistics (agenda, rooms, coordination)
• Manage and post content on social media
• Assist during the event with coordination and participant support

Required profile

• Organized and reliable
• Good communication skills in English
• Comfortable interacting with people
• Knowledge of Excel
• Interest in events or academic environments
