Cash Manager

About the role

As a Cash Manager at SBM Offshore, you will lead the team responsible for forecasting and managing liquidity across Turnkey projects, ensuring the company has the cash needed to meet its financial obligations and execute bi‑weekly payment cycles. You will act as the primary liaison between business units, Turnkey finance, and treasury, driving efficient cash operations and supporting the company’s True Blue Transition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for trade receivable collection, set expectations, monitor performance and resolve overdue payments.
• Identify and validate bad‑debt provisions, ensuring accurate booking and compliance with financial standards.
• Manage working capital and oversee enterprise‑wide liquidity risk, including currency exposure and payment delays.
• Lead the quarterly cash reporting process, delivering executive dashboards on cash balances, forecasts and key performance indicators.
• Ensure data integrity through periodic desktop reviews and drive high‑level financial data governance.
• Implement and adopt the new Cash Management system, aligning functionality with operational needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cash management, treasury or finance within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and drive resolution of payment issues.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
