Client Due Diligence Analyst

About the role

Barclays is seeking a Client Due Diligence Analyst to support the Private Bank Wealth Management team in Monaco. You will ensure high‑quality delivery of client due‑diligence activities, from processing and reviews to reporting and issue resolution, while adhering to regulatory and internal control standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform periodic reviews of the existing client base, including legal document verification and due‑diligence checks.
• Conduct screening of individuals and entities linked to client relationships.
• Support day‑to‑day processing, reporting and resolution of issues related to accounts, products and services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align Private Bank and Wealth Management processes.
• Identify improvement areas and contribute to the development of procedures and controls.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills with the ability to articulate findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently and challenge stakeholders when necessary.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience in Private Banking or a similar environment, preferably with exposure to KYC/AML processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Avaloq system.
