Client Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will serve ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) individuals and family offices in Monaco, delivering tailored investment advisory services through Citi Private Bank’s global platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep, multi‑generational relationships with UHNW clients, acting as a trusted financial advisor.
• Understand clients’ wealth generation sources, anticipate life‑event impacts, and align financial strategies with their goals and risk tolerance.
• Collaborate with product specialists to design and implement comprehensive investment, risk‑management, and liquidity solutions.
• Monitor client portfolios, set performance targets, and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop referral networks, and drive revenue growth.
• Support team members in developing client credibility and achieving collective sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with UHNW clients or in private banking/wealth management.
• Strong understanding of investment products, risk management, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
