Head of Treasury for Leading Monaco Family Office

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Treasury to lead the treasury function of a prominent family office in Monaco. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will ensure that the family’s entities, trusts, foundations and investment vehicles maintain optimal liquidity and risk‑adjusted cash yields.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions, liquidity planning and short‑term cash forecasting.
• Oversee bank accounts, banking relationships, signatory mandates and account structures across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare rolling cash‑flow forecasts covering expenses, tax payments, capital calls, debt service and entity‑level obligations.
• Coordinate foreign‑exchange transactions and currency exposure management with the CFO, CIO and CRO.
• Support credit facilities, loan administration, debt maturities, collateral requirements and covenant compliance.
• Maintain visibility of cash and cash‑equivalent balances across banks, custodians and entities.
• Monitor counterparty exposure and enforce concentration limits.
• Provide treasury reporting to senior governance bodies and assist in cash‑yield optimization.
• Lead the implementation of a new Treasury Management System and develop contingency liquidity plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury, banking or corporate finance.
• Proven track record in cash management, liquidity forecasting and debt management.
• Experience working in multinational, multi‑jurisdictional environments.
• Strong integrity and ability to operate robust treasury controls.
