Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will drive performance investigations, coordinate corrective actions and foster a learning culture within SBM Offshore. Working across GRS Group functions, Turnkey projects and Operations, you will ensure that quality issues are resolved efficiently and that lessons are captured for future projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations of quality issues, verify data, identify root causes and agree corrective actions with owners.
• Structure findings, prioritize actions, and monitor implementation through surveys and reports.
• Assess effectiveness of corrective actions and capture return‑on‑experience.
• Coordinate Project Learnings activities, support projects and interface with Operations.
• Facilitate the Learning Champions community and share best practices across the organization.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with GRS Group, Turnkey and Operations representatives, presenting survey results to senior management.
• Manage specific improvement initiatives, ensuring clear communication, risk alerts and timely reporting.
