Financial Analyst – Private Equity (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with private‑equity expertise to support AI‑focused investment decisions. This remote contract position works closely with our investment team to evaluate models, size markets, and produce actionable insights for deal flow.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate financial models and provide insights to improve AI model outputs.
• Review market sizing and total addressable market (TAM) analyses for alignment with investment strategies.
• Develop comprehensive investment summaries and memos to guide decision‑making.
• Collaborate on Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) creation and due‑diligence processes.
• Process NDA and other legal documents efficiently to support deal flow.
• Source potential deals and deliver strategic recommendations for investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of private‑equity experience at top‑tier firms.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to create investment summaries, memos, and CIMs.
• Experience handling due‑diligence and legal documentation.
• Strong deal‑sourcing capabilities.
