Founding Head of Marketing – Equity-Based

About the role

ME3D, an early‑stage AI and 3D technology startup shaping the future of online fashion, is seeking a Founding Head of Marketing. This equity‑based position will shape the brand, drive awareness, and acquire the first pilot fashion partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute ME3D’s go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, messaging and value proposition.
• Build the brand from scratch, creating content, social media, digital campaigns and PR initiatives.
• Generate leads, acquire pilot fashion brands and nurture strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the founders on sales, business development and product feedback.
• Identify relevant events, partnerships and growth channels, and measure performance to continuously improve.
• Lay the foundations of the marketing function and scale the team as the company grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience taking early‑stage products to market, preferably in SaaS, e‑commerce, fashion or AI.
• Track record of generating leads, acquiring customers or building valuable partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working with ambiguity and building from zero.
• Strong communication, storytelling and networking abilities.
• Data‑driven approach focused on measurable commercial results.

Required skills

• Experience with B2B marketing, demand generation and brand building.
• Understanding of SaaS, e‑commerce, fashion tech and AI ecosystems.
