Hedge Fund Analyst (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Hedge Fund Analyst to work remotely on a contract basis, supporting our AI research teams by evaluating hedge fund strategies and enhancing AI‑generated financial content.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate long/short equity hedge fund strategies to improve AI model training.
• Develop and review financial models that feed AI‑generated financial content.
• Conduct market sizing and total addressable market (TAM) analysis for AI research initiatives.
• Analyze investment research, summaries, and memos to inform AI model evaluation.
• Predict and analyze earnings to refine AI model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meeting deadlines and driving model performance improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience at top hedge funds.
• Experience in financial modeling, market sizing/TAM analysis, or investment research.
• Ability to work remotely with a commitment of 10+ hours per week.
• Available to start in October for a minimum four‑week engagement.
