Junior Advisor – Structured Products (LATAM & Middle East)

About the role

Privatam is seeking a Junior Advisor to support its Customer Advisor team on structured products for the LATAM and Middle‑East markets. You will start by focusing on one region, gaining market expertise and a clear path toward becoming a full Customer Advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Advisor team with daily tasks such as pricing and pitching to clients.
• Prepare client proposals and contribute trade ideas.
• Conduct market trend analyses to identify optimal investment solutions.
• Book structured products in internal systems and analyse performance.
• Follow up on product reports sent to clients.
• Coordinate with Structuring, Compliance, Middle and Back Office teams.
• Support onboarding of new clients.

Required profile

• Master’s (M2) degree from a business school or university with a finance specialization.
• Previous experience in financial markets.
• Fluent Spanish (mandatory for LATAM) and English; French required, Portuguese a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, dynamic, rigorous and able to work under pressure.
• Sales‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bloomberg terminal.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
