About the role

FRASER Yachts is seeking a Junior Yacht Accountant to join its Monaco team. The role supports owners and captains by delivering accurate budgets, financial reports and accounting services for a fleet of luxury yachts.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage budgets, monthly accounts, payroll and insurance payments.
  • Produce accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Liaise proactively with captains, crew, owners, and internal departments as well as banks and insurance companies.
  • Ensure smooth operational and financial compliance of assigned yachts.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years’ experience in the yachting business with an accounting background.
  • Strong knowledge of yachting operations, legal aspects (flags, insurance, VAT, registration) and financial processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Italian, French or Russian are a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Quicken, Xero or Voly.
