Director – Capital Markets & Financing

About the role

The Director – Capital Markets & Financing will work closely with senior investment leadership to source, structure, execute and monitor sophisticated financing and capital markets transactions for a private international investment organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Originate, evaluate and execute structured finance and capital markets transactions.
• Analyse financing opportunities across public and private markets, including secured lending, NAV facilities, leverage solutions and bespoke financing structures.
• Assess debt capital market opportunities, structured products, derivatives and hedging solutions.
• Coordinate and negotiate with investment banks, legal advisors, rating agencies and other external service providers.
• Review transaction documentation, term sheets and financing agreements.
• Prepare investment memoranda, financial analyses and strategic recommendations for senior decision‑makers.
• Monitor existing positions and financing arrangements, ensuring covenant compliance and managing risk exposure.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in a Single or Multi Family Office or Tier 1 international investment bank.
• Strong expertise in capital markets, structured finance and complex financing transactions.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with proven ability to manage transactions from origination through execution.
• Solid understanding of legal documentation and financing structures.
• Fluent English; French and/or Italian an advantage.
