Marketing & Communication Officer – Careers & Corporate Relations

About the role

The Marketing & Communication Officer will support the IUM Careers and Corporate Relations Department by designing, coordinating and executing communication and promotional activities that raise the visibility of career services, employability initiatives and corporate partnerships. The role focuses on attracting prospective students, engaging current students and strengthening relationships with external business communities.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and implement a CRM system to improve database management, audience segmentation and targeted communication campaigns (email, SMS, in‑app).
• Develop and monitor digital marketing strategies, update website and platform content, and track performance indicators such as engagement, attendance and visibility.
• Create and manage content for digital and print channels including newsletters, social media, brochures, presentations and email communications.
• Promote career‑related events (company presentations, career fairs, workshops, networking sessions) and support IUM’s international outreach.
• Highlight student and alumni success stories, internships and job placements to showcase employability outcomes.
• Support corporate partnership visibility by preparing communication materials for sponsored projects and collaborations.
