Mechanical Equipment Engineer – M/W

About the role

PARLYM is seeking a Mechanical Equipment Engineer (M/W) to join its engineering teams delivering turnkey projects in sectors such as nuclear, energy transition, oil & gas, and renewables. The role involves designing, optimizing and delivering mechanical static equipment while ensuring compliance with international codes and client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Select appropriate methods and procedures for equipment design and execution.
• Perform design work, optimize solutions and ensure compliance with codes, standards and contractual requirements.
• Plan and deliver activities and deliverables within agreed schedules, managing system interfaces.
• Apply lessons learned and assess change impacts across project boundaries.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and third‑party partners in line with contractual and internal guidelines.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline (mechanical, process, or similar).
• 0‑5 years of experience in oil & gas, offshore or onshore projects.
• Proficiency with engineering design and calculation tools.
• Familiarity with concept development and mechanical static equipment engineering.
