Offshore Installation Engineer (M/W)

About the role

PARLYM is seeking an Offshore Installation Engineer (M/W) to join its engineering team. You will contribute to the design and delivery of safe, reliable and cost‑effective offshore solutions for Oil & Gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and engineer technical solutions that meet project specifications, international codes and company standards.
• Select appropriate installation methods and procedures for offshore environments.
• Plan, execute and deliver engineering activities and project deliverables on schedule.
• Manage system interfaces and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Incorporate lessons learned and assess the impact of design changes across the scope.
• Coordinate technical exchanges with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency with engineering design and analysis tools.
