Portfolio Manager / Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager / Relationship Manager to join an innovative investment platform. This senior, entrepreneurial role offers full autonomy, remote working, and a performance‑driven remuneration model, allowing you to manage and grow your own book of high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships (transferable AUM).
• Deliver tailored, high‑conviction investment solutions.
• Leverage your network to generate new business opportunities.
• Provide ongoing portfolio monitoring and proactive advice.
• Ensure alignment between client objectives and investment strategies.
• Operate within a compliant, well‑structured regulatory framework.

Required profile

• Proven track record in private banking, wealth management, or asset management.
• Transferable book of clients / AUM.
• Strong relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in an independent environment.
• Motivated by performance‑based revenue models.
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
