Remote Software Engineer (AI Model Evaluation)

About the role

Turing is seeking a Remote Software Engineer to act as a Software Engineering evaluator for AI model training initiatives. You will curate and refine code examples across multiple languages, ensuring AI‑generated solutions meet high standards of efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and correct code examples in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go for large‑language‑model training.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code and improve its performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance AI‑driven coding solutions against industry benchmarks.
• Build verification agents that detect code quality issues and error patterns.
• Design automated verification mechanisms for software‑engineering tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for clear evaluation rationales.
• Ability to work flexibly 10–40 hours per week with partial PST overlap.
• Based in the US, Canada, or a Western European country.
