RSE Internship – 6 months starting September 2026

About the role

This 6‑month internship supports the Corporate Social Responsibility (RSE) department of a luxury hotel in Monaco. Working under a dedicated tutor, you will contribute to the development and monitoring of sustainability initiatives across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in tracking RSE dossiers and maintaining the RSE toolbox for stakeholders.
• Monitor strategic axes such as dialogue, responsible marketing, and management‑driven RSE decisions.
• Provide operational follow‑up for ongoing projects, including hotel labeling, food‑waste reduction, and greenhouse‑gas mitigation.
• Analyse feedback from actions taken and study public‑sector initiatives that support RSE.
• Help organise stakeholder dialogue sessions and contribute to drafting specifications with ROI analysis.

Required profile

• Higher education with at least one year of study in the RSE field.
• Preferably engineering studies at Master 1 or Master 2 level.
• Comfort with quantitative data and basic financial concepts.
