Join Santoni’s new boutique in Monte Carlo as a Sales Assistant, delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience. You will represent a heritage brand, combining deep product knowledge with a passion for fashion and high‑end customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service that exceeds client expectations, sharing the brand’s history and heritage.
• Achieve and surpass individual KPI targets while maintaining high sales quality.
• Advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, positive store atmosphere.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Support daily store operations, including organization of stock and back‑room areas.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in the luxury goods sector.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing an existing customer portfolio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
