About the role

As a Sales Development Representative for Courier Pro, you will generate new business opportunities by identifying and signing up local boutiques, hotels, and professional services to use our live‑tracked, paper‑free courier service across Monaco, Cap‑d'Ail and Beausoleil.

Key responsibilities

Prospect and reach out to potential partners via calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and walk‑ins.
Build and maintain an organised prospect list of businesses that deliver, including the right decision‑makers.
Analyse current delivery processes, present Courier Pro’s solution and onboard new partners to start using the service.

Required profile

At least 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, luxury retail or other customer‑facing roles.
Comfortable with targets, cold outreach and handling rejection.
Fluent in French and English; Italian is a strong plus and Russian a bonus.
Curious, self‑motivated, organised and familiar with the Monaco business scene (a plus).
