About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for a prestigious luxury brand in Monte Carlo. The role involves leading a small team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

Create and maintain long‑lasting relationships with customers by listening to and exceeding their expectations.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Assess team effectiveness and provide coaching and performance feedback.
Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage budget and KPIs.
Lead business development, PR activities, and CRM development.
Manage a team of approximately three resources.

Required profile

Managerial experience with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
Strong customer relationship management, networking skills, and fluency in English and French.
Passion for storytelling, lifestyle, luxury, and travel.
Excellent communication abilities and knowledge of the local area.
