About the role

The Senior Sales Associate will join Versace's Monte Carlo boutique, reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationships with customers, maximize sales opportunities, and deliver the iconic Versace customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Partner with management to achieve sales targets and increase brand knowledge.
Provide superior customer service, act as brand ambassador, and nurture VIP clientele.
Capture customer data, manage CRM activities, and support post‑sale service.
Organise in‑store and promotional events and community outreach programmes.
Maintain stock, back‑room operations, visual merchandising and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years experience in luxury retail.
Fluent in Russian, French and English.
Strong fashion sense, attention to detail and ability to drive results.
Positive, high‑energy personality able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
