Senior eCommerce Analytics & Reporting Analyst

About the role

Silversea is looking for a Senior Analyst to lead eCommerce analytics and reporting within its Central Analytics team. You will turn raw online sales data into actionable insights that drive the performance of our luxury cruise booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret eCommerce data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain regular KPI dashboards and executive reports.
• Identify trends, provide data‑driven recommendations and optimise the online shopping experience.
• Monitor digital marketing campaign performance and support decision‑making with stakeholders.
• Analyse website traffic, conversion, leads and sales data to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, UX and Merchandising teams on A/B testing, personalisation and other initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in web/eCommerce analytics and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and present insights to senior leadership.
