Senior Pharmacist – AI Task Development (Remote)

About the role

MillionLogics is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to design and evaluate high‑complexity clinical tasks that challenge frontier AI models. Working remotely, you will create realistic pharmacotherapy scenarios, drug‑interaction reviews, and dosing calculations that test AI safety and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Generate technically accurate, high‑difficulty clinical tasks for AI model testing.
• Develop detailed pharmacotherapeutic treatment plans, complex dosing regimens, and drug regimen reviews.
• Write comprehensive evaluation rubrics, gold‑standard solutions, and detailed clinical explanations.
• Calibrate peer outputs and ensure consistency with current clinical guidelines.
• Maintain a daily 8‑hour schedule with at least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of active pharmacy practice in clinical, hospital, or specialty settings.
• Master of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with active licensure; board certification (e.g., BCPS, BCOP) is a strong plus.
• Proven record of producing high‑level clinical deliverables such as treatment plans, dosing adjustments, and adverse‑event evaluations.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Superior written communication skills for creating nuanced clinical scenarios.
