Yacht Administration Internship – Monaco

About the role

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Yacht Management team in Monaco and support the administration of a portfolio of luxury vessels. The six‑month placement offers hands‑on exposure to financial and operational processes within the high‑end yachting sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly accounts, budgets and financial reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payroll entries and insurance documentation.
• Support the creation of financial reports for senior management.
• Liaise with captains, crew members and internal departments to ensure smooth vessel operations.
• Research regulatory, registration and compliance requirements for assigned yachts.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in business, finance, accounting, maritime studies or a related field.
• Strong interest in the luxury yachting or maritime industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages such as French, Italian or Russian are a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Monaco or nearby French Riviera/ northern Italy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite.
